During July and August 2026, Ken Mayeaux, along with attorneys and staff from Mayeaux & Associates, is joining Rozas Law Firm, an established Baton Rouge law firm that has represented clients since 2004.

What This Transition Means for Our Clients

Clients who choose to continue with Mr. Mayeaux and his team will continue working with the legal professionals they already know. Your calls, communications and legal matters will proceed without interruption.

The principal change is the law firm through which Mr. Mayeaux and his team will practice. By joining Rozas Law Firm, our team will have access to additional resources and support while continuing to provide the dedicated representation our clients expect.

About Rozas Law Firm

Rozas Law Firm was founded by attorney David Rozas in 2004 and serves clients in immigration, criminal defense and family law matters. The firm maintains offices in Baton Rouge and has deep experience assisting individuals and families throughout Louisiana.

Before attending Louisiana State University Law School, David Rozas served in the United States Army, specializing in Military Intelligence. He passed the Louisiana Bar Exam in July 2004. David is also fluent in Spanish and has long served members of Louisiana's Hispanic community.

Kenneth A. Mayeaux

Ken Mayeaux is an attorney and owner of Mayeaux & Associates L.C. in Baton Rouge, LA, where he practices exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law. He was previously an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice at LSU Law Center, where he taught and supervised students in the Immigration Clinic. He was also previously an immigration attorney with Catholic Charities of Baton Rouge. Mr. Mayeaux practiced commercial litigation in New Orleans for 11 years, first as an associate at Lemle & Kelleher LLP and later as a partner with Frilot, Partridge, Kohnke & Clements, LC in New Orleans. He is a member and Past Chair of the National Pro Bono Services Committee and Past Member of the National ICE Liaison Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
