At the young age of 20, Carmen made the decision with her small family to embark on a new path to the United States of America. Carmen lived in Florida for over 8 years, where she worked as a General Manager for over 7 years, starting her career in Human Resources and Administration. Carmen relocated to Louisiana in 2015, expanding her experience to Recruiting, Onboarding, Human Resources, Accounts payable / receivable and other administrative duties. Carmen joined the Mayeaux & Associates team in 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation area, and was subsequently promoted to Office Administrator. Carmen brings over 12 years of experience as an administrative leader and coordinator in Human Resources. Being one of the indispensable tools in control and economic management as well as the well-being of all the great team that today makes up Mayeaux & Associates L.C.
