Rashim J. Khan

Rashim Khan is an associate attorney at Mayeaux & Associates L.C. in Baton Rouge and Kenner, LA, where she exclusively practices in the area of immigration and nationality law. Rashim was raised in Terrytown, Louisiana. She is the only child of Maria Navarro and the late Hashim Khan. Her mother and father both proud immigrants to the United States from Cuba and Pakistan, respectively. Rashim attended Academy of Our Lady High School and Loyola University New Orleans where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy Pre-Law in 2013. In May of 2018, she received a Juris Doctorate Degree in Civil Law with certificates in Immigration Law and Social Justice from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She has worked in Immigration Law since 2015 as a volunteer, lead Intern, and Student Practitioner for the Stuart H. Smith Law Center at Loyola University College of Law. On April 24, 2019, she was admitted to the practice of law by the Louisiana Supreme Court. In December of 2022, Rashim joined Mayeaux & Associates L.C. as an attorney and notary.
